Great White Shark

  1. The great white shark can weigh well over a ton and can be over 20 feet long.
  2. It is a bigger version of the mackerel shark species.
  3. They can swim up to 37 mph.
  4. They have over 300 teeth.
  5. They swim underneath their prey and swim up fast and grab them, sometimes flying out of the water with the prey in their mouth.
  6. There are usually only between 5 and 10 great white shark attacks on humans every year in the entire world.
